One or more of our team members will meet with your governing board or designated persons within your organization to identify administrative or procedural concerns that the board wishes to address through clearly written documents. In discussion with your board, we will develop an understanding of the need, purpose and scope of the desired document. We will then develop a draft document for your review. After your approval of the draft document, we will incorporate any revisions into final form for adoption by your governing authority.
